As part of the offer to establishing companies, Torsboda Industrial Park AB can supply the industrial park's companies with process water in a sustainable and cost-effective way. The municipal company Timrå Industrivatten AB is expanding the existing industrial water plant at Norrån in Söråker, which provides a capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour. The total volume that can be pumped up from Norrån is regulated in a water domain that allows for 1 080 cubic meters per hour.

In collaboration with Peab, MittSverige Vatten och avfall is building pipes for industrial water and is also responsible for the construction of water and sewage to Torsboda Industrial Park. This spring, the work of laying water pipes to Torsboda Industrial Park will begin.
