As part of the offer to establishing companies, Torsboda Industrial Park AB can supply the industrial park's companies with process water in a sustainable and cost-effective way. The municipal company Timrå Industrivatten AB is expanding the existing industrial water plant at Norrån in Söråker, which provides a capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour. The total volume that can be pumped up from Norrån is regulated in a water domain that allows for 1 080 cubic meters per hour.

MittSverige Vatten och avfall is working with Peab to build pipelines for industrial water and is also responsible for the construction of water and sewerage to Torsboda Industrial Park.
