The municipal councils of Sundsvall and Timrå have each appointed five ordinary members and two deputies to the Board of Directors (a total of ten ordinary members + four deputies) of Torsboda Industrial Park Aktiebolag.
The Board leads the company's strategic work in accordance with the applicable governance documents from the owners (Sundsvall and Timrå municipality).
The operational work is led by the CEO together with the company's management team. The owners have decided that the company will work in accordance with policies and steering documents for municipal companies in Timrå municipality.
