More of the agreement is public

Torsboda Industrial Park does not appeal the Court of Appeal's decision that more of the agreement between PTL and Torsboda Industrial Park should be made public.

Torsboda Industrial Park has previously made different confidentiality assessments than the Administrative Court of Appeal, most recently in a judgment from February 6. The reason for the high level of secrecy has been to ensure that the deal with the first entrepreneur is successful. Part of this is that PTL has ongoing permit processes that are required for them to be able to transfer money for the investment from their home country. Torsboda Industrial Park's management has previously assessed that publication of the agreement could have a negative impact on PTL's permit work.

- "We have said from the beginning that we will show as much of the agreement as possible as soon as we can. We have carefully considered an appeal of the Administrative Court of Appeal's latest judgment because the deal is so important for the residents of the Sundsvall region, but we believe that we are now in a phase where publication does not threaten the deal. This is because our customer's permit processes have come a long way," says Christian Söderberg, CEO of Torsboda Industrial Park.
