The Administrative Court of Appeal in Sundsvall announced on Tuesday afternoon that further parts of the agreement between Torsboda Industrial Park and PTL need to be made public.
- We have just received the judgment and need to look at it in peace and quiet. We will analyze it together with our lawyers to see how it affects us," says Christian Söderberg, CEO of Torsboda Industrial Park.
Last November, the Administrative Court of Appeal ruled that Torsboda Industrial Park should publish the agreement, and the company then made a confidentiality assessment and released it with information important to the company classified as confidential. A person then requested the agreement from the Administrative Court of Appeal and the court then made the same assessment of confidentiality when releasing the agreement as Torsboda Industrial Park did.
Today's judgment concerns another person who appealed against Torsboda Industrial Park's decision not to disclose the entire contract, and the same Court of Appeal now considers that more information than before needs to be shown.
- I am surprised by today's judgment because the Court of Appeal, on the same basis, made a different assessment of the level of confidentiality in the agreement less than three months ago. I can't assess what publication means in this situation now. The judgment will enter into force in three weeks and we need to look at it properly," says Christian Söderberg.
