torsboda industrial park

An optimal choice

Torsboda Industrial Park is over 150 hectares in size and is located on the coast of the Bothnian Sea at the geographical center of Sweden. The site is surrounded by a magnificent landscape with the High Coast World Heritage Site as a neighbor.

Our part of the country produces 450 MW of green energy at one of the lowest costs in Europe. Three cities and a university within 30 minutes of the site ensure a good supply of labor and skills.

The proximity to the E4, airport, railway, Sundsvall Logistics Park and three ports ensures excellent communications.

Thanks to our political stability, favorable climate and good communications, Torsboda is the optimal choice for energy-intensive industry.

Sundsvall Logistics Park is a transportation hub in the Tunadal-Korsta-Ortviken area. The logistics park, which became operational at the end of 2023, connects road, rail and sea transport in one area. The initiative is backed by the Municipality of Sundsvall, the Swedish Transport Administration and SCA. The investment in Sundsvall Logistics Park is important both for the environment and for the region's growth.
