Torsboda Nord ready to become industrial land

Torsboda Industrial Park can now proceed with the sale of land at Torsboda Nord. After the Swedish Transport Administration has withdrawn its appeal against the local plan, the area is now designated as industrial land.

The Court of Appeal considers that more parts of the agreement should be published

The Administrative Court of Appeal in Sundsvall announced on Tuesday afternoon that further parts of the agreement between Torsboda Industrial Park and PTL need to be made public.
